Bootcamp is all about consistency, accountability, and support. We all commit to pursuing a health or fitness goal and help each other to stay on track. It's a great way to get the accountability and support of a gym class while having the flexibility (and privacy, if you're awkward like us) of working out at home.
Participating in Bootcamp is really simple - you pick a workout, a flavor of Shakeology, and sign-up for the Challenge Tracker app. Then daily, you log your workout and Shakeology, share your experience, and send some love and encouragement to others in the group. There are also additional challenges and opportunities to win prizes throughout the 30 days.
